Welcome! I’m Ashley! I’m an Aveda trained massage therapist with 7 years of experience and a passion to help others heal and unplug from the craziness of day to day life. I believe in the power of holding space for others to come as they are. I believe in joining you in your health journey and curating a session for your specific needs each day. I believe in you and the knowledge you have over your personal aches and pains, and it’s my honor to join you and aid with relief. I have experience in Swedish relaxation, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, cupping, and prenatal massage techniques. Cancellation Policy
There is a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. If a cancellation happens with less than 24 hours notice, or a no-show happens, it will be a 100% fee. Things happen! Please communicate any needs so we can work with you, and let's please respect each other's time. :)
