Welcome — I’m Ashley, an Aveda-trained massage therapist practicing since 2017. My work is centered around helping you soften, heal, and find moments of peace in a busy world. I believe in holding space for you to arrive as you are. Every session is intuitively tailored to meet your needs, guided by your body’s own wisdom and what you’re experiencing that day. It is truly an honor to support your wellness journey. I offer Swedish relaxation, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, cupping, and prenatal massage. Cancellation Policy
There is a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. If a cancellation happens with less than 24 hours notice, or a no-show happens, it will be a 100% fee. Things happen! Please communicate any needs so we can work with you, and let's please respect each other's time. :)
